Frustrating and shocked with how you all do business
- - Fiance in an accident with an insured truck driver on March 1.
- - Agent says car totalled without a physical inspection; rental stopped.
My fiance was hit by one of your insured truck drivers whom was at fault.your agent deemed his vehicle is totalled after never physically looking at it gave him a rental but stopped that .now how in the *** is he supposed to drive a totalled car to work ??Nah *** no he should be in a rental and your ins co should have paid his car off by now but someone is dragging their *** and it's not fair,it's not right nor is it going to be put off any longer David Lucas is my fiance and we are going to request a supervisor or contact the insurance commissioner and lawyer to get this settled the accident was March 1 that's insane
Bad customer service
- - Mark Brinkman did not listen and often insisted he was right.
- - The reviewer would not recommend working with him due to condescending behavior.
I have had a bad experience working with Mark Brinkman. He did not listen to what I had to say, always thought he was right when In fact Mark Brinkman was wrong on several occasions but never took ownership in his misunderstanding of the situation.
He would continue to go after others when he was in fact in the wrong.
Mark Brinkman is nothing short of a bully and condescending to others. I would not recommend working with this person.
I have worked with Mark Brinkman and I have always found him to be courteous, attentive, and customer oriented. He is one of the best safety reps I have ever worked with.

How did this get resolved? I was hit by a driver thank god car not total but I am being given a totally hard time without s lawyer as the accident is considered minor which whenever a semi truck hits you it’s never minor or to be taken lightly the agents are very rude and disrespectful at this company
